Who is responsible for your data?
Inter Media Promotion Solutions SRL, a company registered in Romania, is responsible for the personal data handled through asbuca.com. Its registration details, address and phone number are printed in the footer of every page.
What data is logged?
When you read the feature, the server that hosts the site may keep standard technical logs, such as the IP address, browser type and pages requested. These logs exist to keep the site secure and working.
When you send a consultation request, the form collects your first and last name, phone number, email address, your answers to the four policy check questions, an optional preferred callback time and an optional note. It also records that you ticked the consent box.
Why is it used?
Request details are used to arrange the consultation call, to prepare the policy review summary and to answer any follow-up question. Technical logs are used for security and to fix faults. Data may also be kept where the law requires it.
Who receives it?
A request is passed to the policy review desk for which asbuca.com coordinates requests, so that a specialist can contact you by phone or email. Companies that host the site or deliver messages for us may process data on our instructions.
Your browser also asks Google Fonts for typefaces and, on the request page, asks unpkg for a small script library. Those hosts receive your IP address as part of the request and have their own policies.
How long is it kept?
Request details are kept only for as long as they are needed to handle the request and to meet legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then removed.
What are your rights?
You can ask to see the data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its use and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, such as the Information Regulator in South Africa.
How do you contact us about your data?
Phone or write to us using the details on the contact page and mention that your message concerns your personal data.
